REAL INTERFACE · FICTIONAL DATA

Inside the workspace

TravelQuote client document preview with fictional agency data

A reusable itinerary

Build day-by-day programs, copy a template and reuse your agency’s service library. Services are entered manually.

Clear financial calculations

Separate gross profit, profit relative to cost and profit relative to sales. One currency per proposal, without invented exchange rates.

A fixed client version

Share a revocable, expiring link or a branded PDF. Internal costs, margins and notes are excluded from client documents.

Independent tools, a shared foundation

TravelQuote uses basic contacts without requiring TravelCRM. If both modules are active, create a draft from an opportunity with an explicit snapshot of the requested trip.

Users and basic contacts are shared. Contacts are distinct from flight travelers. Commercial follow-ups are separate from flight incidents.

What this module does not do

No flight or hotel booking, tickets, GDS, visa processing, travel-price collection, supplier payouts, regulated accounting, mass outreach or generative AI. Client feedback is not an electronic signature or travel confirmation.

Questions before getting started

Must I buy both modules?

No. Access is independent and there is no compulsory bundle. Purchases remain closed while products and provider eligibility are validated.

What happens after access expires?

Authorized agency users keep read and export access. Changes and client sharing are blocked; business data is preserved.

Are messages sent automatically?

No. Follow-ups are internal reminders. Proposals use a copyable link and downloadable PDF; no message is sent automatically.
